Well...they claim sofas are British-made but after I placed an order, received a call informing of huge delays because of shipment from China! Also, the order goes through designersofas4U - buying directly from that site would save you £2,000+

Don't trust this site!

Awful company. 6 weeks to make the wrong chair. Customer service is atrocious. Have now instructed my credit card company to get my refund as unable to wait another 6 weeks in the hope that they can make what was ordered!!!

I am madly in love with my sofa!

This company is another name for 'designersofas4U' and there are several (Chesterfield Sofas, Winchester Leather) all selling pretty much the same thing but a different prices. Some charge for delivery some dont seem to. Also very different delivery timescales - some 3 weeks some 2 or more months for the same thing.

extremely slow and clearly don't need new business or know how to ship internationally.
It took chesterfieldsofas which is actually a trading name for DesignerSofas 4U from the 28th May until 17th June to get back to me with a quote for shipping a chesterfield chair to Belgium. To then tell me that they actually don't ship to Belgium.
Note that I initially called, was then asked to send an email and also had to then follow up with another phone call.
Of course in the meantime I have ordered from a different shop instead.
